Commissioned by Site Gallery, Phoebe Davies’ first solo exhibition will include the premiere of new work in film, installation and sound, drawing from her ongoing research into contact based sports, athletic methodologies, training and rehabilitation.
Working alongside coaches and athletes, Davies navigates physical intimacy, body autonomy, and personal narratives of injury and recovery through an expansive audio and visual installation and public programme of activity.
