Technical Producer
Full time, £22,500 – £26,000

A fantastic opportunity for a technically minded individual with experience in exhibition installation to contribute to Site Gallery’s creative programme and to support the smooth running of gallery operations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Contribute to the planning, design, technical and installation set up of gallery exhibitions, off-site activity and public programme, to realise Site Gallery’s high quality artistic programme
  • Support the smooth running of the gallery by assisting with operational matters, ensuring Site Gallery operates effectively, securely and efficiently
  • Deliver income generation activity for the gallery through supporting external hires and providing technical assistance to Site tenants

Operations and Front of House Manager
Full time, £27,000– £31,000

Join our dynamic team in this customer and client-facing management role. We need someone with great interpersonal skills, a naturally good communicator who is organised and thorough in their approach to work. The role is broad and you will need to keep many balls in the air at once whilst giving audiences, customers, volunteers, and contractors the time and attention they require.

Key areas of responsibility include:

  • overseeing the day to day operations of Site Gallery to ensure efficient use of resources and capacity
  • delivering a customer focused Front of House service through our exemplary volunteer programme
  • contributing to income generation through the operational management of Site Gallery’s shop, business to business relationship management and commercial events

Front of House Volunteer Opportunity

We are always on the lookout for volunteers to join our Front of House Team.

This voluntary role will enable you to gain valuable experience and knowledge of the inner workings of a contemporary art gallery, in a vibrant customer/audience facing position. Tasks and duties assigned to volunteers are often broad ranging, from reception duties to assisting with technical set up and supporting the marketing department. The intention is that each volunteer continually develops and enriches their skills base.

We typically ask for volunteers to support us for a day a week, between Tuesday and Sunday. We encourage people from a diversity of backgrounds to apply.
