The second exciting Out & About Weekender, Freshly Squeezed, is taking place this weekend (30-31 July) in Sheffield’s Cultural Industries Quarter!

Freshly Squeezed is a two-day festival of live music and workshops programmed by and showcasing some of the most talented young creatives, musicians and producers in the city.

The Saturday will be programmed by Pattern + Push, a leading talent competition and mentoring programme for aspiring rappers and singers aged 13+ in South Yorkshire. The Sunday events will be programmed by DINA and their Young Producers. Site Gallery’s young people’s art collective Society of Explorers will also be launching a new collaborative zine made with Andro and Eve!

The CIQ Square (opposite Site Gallery and The Workstation on Brown Street) will act as a central hub, at the heart of all the action and be transformed into an outdoor venue where you can hang out, buy food & drinks, and take part in the array of exciting free family-friendly activities.

See the programme on the Welcome to Sheffield website here.
