Director of Programme Angelica Sule will be leaving Site this Autumn to embark on a new journey as the Director of Film and Video Umbrella.
Whilst we are all very sad to see her go, we are filled with pride for Angelica and all that she has achieved during her time at Site. She has played such an important role throughout her 5+ years with us, not only shaping our creative direction, bringing exciting and thought-provoking new art to the gallery, but leading on Platform, our artist development initiative part of the Freelands Foundation Artist Programme.
Angelica leaves us with a strong set of principles and a vibrant programme that will carry us forward into 2025. We are so grateful for the time, thought, and vision she has given to Site Gallery and the local art community, leaving a huge mark on our organisation.
We wish her all the best and know that she will be an incredible leader at Film and Video Umbrella.
