A workshop about brewing from foraged ingredients.
Join Wild Combination for tasters and exploration of the fermentation process: from identifying, collecting and fermenting, through to the final measuring and bottling stage.
We’ll use the workshop to start a wine which will ferment on display at Site Gallery.
Come back on 27 February to try the wine at the City of Ideas party’s Wild Bar.
The workshop will run in the morning and then again in the afternoon – please check you have selected the correct times when booking your tickets.
