Art Sheffield Volunteering

Art Sheffield is looking for people to join the Art Sheffield 2016 Festival volunteering team.
This is a great project for anyone who is looking for ways to get involved in the Sheffield art community, to meet new people and gain experience in running a festival/exhibition. It’s also great for those looking to learn practical and organisational skills, or to learn more  whilst meeting artists and curators from across the world. All volunteers will receive a free festival t-shirt!
By becoming an Sheffield Volunteer, you will gain experience in the following:
Opening, closing and supervising exhibition spaces
Acting as festival ambassadors
Assisting audience members by answering questions
Encouraging visitors to fill in surveys
Assisting at events
