Site Gallery offers an inspiring and creative setting for events and meetings. Take in our latest exhibition when you visit and opt for late previews to add a dynamic and memorable dimension to your event.
Located in the city centre, just a 5-minute walk from Sheffield train station, Site is in the heart of the city’s cultural quarter. From 150 guests to a meeting of just 2 people, we have spaces to suit you.
Studio
A flexible space for company meetings, film screenings, launches, photographic shoots and workshops. The Studio offers changeable layouts and lighting styles, including black-out options, and boasts an impressive panoramic window overlooking Sheffield’s skyline. Accomodating 24 guests boardroom layout, 40 guests theatre layout and up to 60 people standing.

Small meeting room
A perfect space for meetings, interviews and away days for smaller teams, this inspiring space also hosts our library of art books and beautiful photography by Kim Clarkson. Suited to 1 – 5 people.

Galleries
Site Gallery has two impressive gallery spaces available to hire. Exhibitions provide an engaging setting for a variety of events including receptions, celebrations and conferences. Occasionally these can be hired as empty spaces providing opportunity for dynamic screenings, workshops, performances and more. Together the galleries can accommodate up to 200 people, or can be hired separately dependant upon your requirements.
The gallery spaces are mostly available between exhibitions, therefore only on occasional days and evenings throughout the year.

Free wifi is provided throughout the building
Site Canteen will cater for you with delicious salads, homemade paninis and sandwiches and cakes, all created using locally sourced produce (just £5.50 per person for lunch).
As a fully licensed premises, we can offer a bar serving refreshing wines and Thornbridge Brewery beers.
A broad range of photographic and AV equipment available to hire with in-house technical support at additional cost.
Please note
- Availability of the gallery spaces is dependent upon the physical structure of exhibitions and cannot be guaranteed.
- Site Gallery is a registered charity therefore we are unable to hire out any spaces for the purpose of other fundraising activities.
- Our changing exhibition programme is curated and organised by Site Gallery. The gallery spaces are not available to hire to external groups or individuals for private exhibitions.

Integreat Plus hired the space at Site Gallery to host a high-profile industry briefing event. We were delighted with every aspect of the experience and found Site Gallery to be the perfect venue to hold our event. We will be sure to return soon.

We often hire Site’s studio for photo shoots. There’s lots of natural light and space, plus it’s practical for client meetings.

When I was asked at short notice to arrange a day long planning meeting between Community Media Association, Arts Council England and Voluntary Arts Network Site Gallery provided a great space, the room was light and airy and worked well for our needs. The Site Galley meeting room is a bright, light and airy space which we’ve found an ideal place to hold meetings, rehearse our smaller pieces of work and even film video material. The Site staff are always efficient and helpful, keeping us well stocked with chairs and coffee.
