Gallery & Studio Spaces for Hire
Site Gallery offers contemporary, stylish spaces for functions, conferences and events, including a light, spacious and airy second floor meeting room with air conditioning and panoramic views of the city, and two ground floor gallery spaces. There is wireless connectivity throughout the building for easy internet access.
Site Gallery café provides high quality Italian catering, menus start at £3 per head for a buffet lunch, and light refreshments can be ordered for morning and afternoon sessions.

The meeting room can be set up theatre or board room style and can accommodate up to 40 people comfortably. The galleries can accommodate 100 people for receptions, networking events or launches.
A wide range of AV equipment and technical support is available at additional cost.
Access to the second floor is via four short flights of stairs or lift. There are accessible toilets on the ground and second floors and braille signage throughout the building. A list of local British Sign Language Interpreters can be provided on request.

Galleries Hire
The combination of Galleries One and Two, foyer and café will hold up to 200 people for relaxed, informal events within a stylish and contemporary environment.
Galleries One and Two can also be set up for theatre style presentations.
Rates
Evenings from 6pm– 10pm £275 + £30/hour surcharge after 10pm
All day, 10am-6pm £550 + £30/hour surcharge after 6pm
Studio Hire
Light, airy room with panoramic views of the city, Site Gallery Studio can accommodate 24 people board room style, or 40 people for theatre style presentations or seminars.
Rates
All day, 10am-6pm £150 per day + £30/hour surcharge after 6pm
Half day, 10am-2pm or 2pm-6pm £80 per half day + £30/hour surcharge after 6pm
Please note: 1. All prices are exclusive of VAT 2. All rooms have air conditioning 3. Prices include reception staff where required 4. Presentation equipment available for all rooms at extra cost 5. A concessionary rate giving a 10% discount is available to registered charities on request.
