Meeting Room

Our light and spacious meeting room  is an impressive space for holding corporate meetings, presentations and launch events. Offering stunning panoramic views of Sheffield’s skyline, the studio is flexible and easily arranged into a variety of layouts for a professional or informal atmosphere.

The space offers flexible lighting and is an ideal space for film/visual projection – we have a broad range of photographic, lighting and visual equipment available to hire and offer free wifi internet access.
Previously the meeting room has been used for many diverse events ranging from company board meetings, performances, media pitches and professional photo shoots. The space is utilised yearly by the leading international documentary festival, ‘Doc/Fest’ as the exclusive press lounge.

High quality refreshments are arranged in-house to suit all events, and we highly recommend catering by Fusion Organic Cafe, who offer a delicious range of organic, light meals including salads, sandwiches, homemade cakes and much more. Options are extremely flexible and we will happily liaise with you to arrange the perfect catering to suit your event and attendees. For larger, special events Fusion offer luxury canape selections and a variety of organic buffets.

The studio can accommodate up to 22 guests in a boardroom style layout and 40 guests theatre style with chairs arranged in rows. For more informal standing events the space is suitable for up to 60 people. We recommend the use of our cafe, gallery shop and computer resource area for breaks during your event, and a visit to our current exhibition (free entry) for an inspiring change of scene
