The gallery offers office space for businesses just starting up in the cultural sector. In addition to the subsidised rent, we also offer to assist in marketing and promotion, technical support and training. The units have 24 hour alarmed access, rent is inclusive of rates, electricity and heating.

Tenants have included Storm Front Digital Pictures, LoveBytes, Cargo Films, Third Angel, Tado, Sort of Films.
